Hello – I have an EE3 license, and I’m logged into the site. However, when I try to view forum topics (specifically this one: https://eventespresso.com/topic/hide-payment-type-on-payment-overview-page/) I get a message that says I have to purchase a license in order to view staff support responses. My account also does not display a license key when I look at it, even though we have purchased one. Can you please advise? Thanks.
The account you are currently using is a Free account with no purchases attached to it. There are two accounts on file with your name, neither have a purchase attached. It could be a glitch in our system.
Did you purchase using a different email address? Can you forward a copy of your purchase receipt to support@eventespresso.com please?
Also, were you able to download the software previously? Was it from this account?
