Hi Deny,

Can you please check your timezone in Settings > General and advise what it says e.g. http://take.ms/JjMgL

It should be in UTC and the error suggests it is, but it would be good to clarify what you have.

I would also recommend updating your Event Espresso plugin, we have added a bunch of features and fixes since your version and it may even resolve the issue.

Thanks Deny,

Did you update to the latest version?

Can you clarify your PHP version (Event Espresso > System Status)?

Thanks Deny,

Everything looks ok, so I can only assume it is a theme or plugin conflict.

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level and FTP details are appreciated.

Hi,

I cannot find anything under your name or email – is it in a different name? Or could you resend using the form?

Thanks

Thank you Deny,

OK it seems the issue is that in EE3, timezones need to be set to the closest city, not to UTC (sorry I didn’t pick up on that earlier).

Adding a new test event and changing the event time zone to a city (if you set the timezone in the General Settings it will automatically do this for you), allows you to edit the event afterwards.

I didn’t set this as I couldn’t clarify the correct closest city.

Unfortunately it is not retro active, so you will need to recreate the events already made, sorry about that.

On a completely unrelated topic, can I ask who the host is for this site? The site is really fast!
