Hi, i got problem here, i cant edit event and when im turn on wp debug i got this error http://pastebin.com/KDsXU5vL how to fix this ? Thanks |
Hi Deny, Can you please check your timezone in Settings > General and advise what it says e.g. http://take.ms/JjMgL It should be in UTC and the error suggests it is, but it would be good to clarify what you have. I would also recommend updating your Event Espresso plugin, we have added a bunch of features and fixes since your version and it may even resolve the issue. |

Hi Dean, what i have there is UTC+8 , UTC time is 2014-07-18 8:18:04 Local time is 2014-07-18 16:18:04 Thanks |

Thanks Deny, Did you update to the latest version? Can you clarify your PHP version (Event Espresso > System Status)? |
Hi Dean, here the data Thanks |

Thanks Deny, Everything looks ok, so I can only assume it is a theme or plugin conflict. Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this? If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ NOTE: login details need to be Admin level and FTP details are appreciated. |
Hi Dean, im already send admin level user login credential to you Thanks |
Hi, I cannot find anything under your name or email – is it in a different name? Or could you resend using the form? Thanks |
Hi Dean, ok im done resubmittng the form Thanks |

Thank you Deny, OK it seems the issue is that in EE3, timezones need to be set to the closest city, not to UTC (sorry I didn’t pick up on that earlier). Adding a new test event and changing the event time zone to a city (if you set the timezone in the General Settings it will automatically do this for you), allows you to edit the event afterwards. I didn’t set this as I couldn’t clarify the correct closest city. Unfortunately it is not retro active, so you will need to recreate the events already made, sorry about that. On a completely unrelated topic, can I ask who the host is for this site? The site is really fast! |
