Can't disable personal information for multiple registrations

Selling tickets to a dinner – do not want/ need all the personal information for second, third, etc. attendees. EE4 will not let me uncheck the box “Personal Infomration” under “Questions for additional registrant”. Why? Could it have anything to do with installing the free version first , then subsequently upgrading to a paid version? How do I fix this?

logging out and logging back in enabled me to turn off the “personal information” display for attendees 2 thru n.
