It sounds like there might be a conflict with another plugin or your theme. Can you deactivate the other plugins on your site to see if one of them is affecting the date picker? If the date picker starts working with the other plugins deactivated, then you can try activating them one at a time to see which one is causing a conflict.
If that process doesn’t help or you can’t deactivate the other plugins for some reason, then you’ll need to use the Developer Tools > Console panel in your web browser to see if there are any JavaScript errors. If there are, please report them here.
