Something is really strange : when I create a new event, I cannot change the settings in the “Event tickets and datetimes” box. The collapsible section doesn’t want to open…
I don’t know if it’s a problem with my theme (Brooklyn) but I’m stuck. This is really urgent.
It’s hard for us to say what’s happening without admin access, but it sounds like a JavaScript error.
Can you please go to the affected admin page, right click anywhere and select Inspect Element (this should be available in Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer). This will show you the browsers Developer Tools section. Click console and see if there are any Errors listed there.
Thanks Dean. It was a problem with the date formatting, and it works well now.
I just realized that MER is not available in EE4, which I just bought… Is it possible to switch to EE3 ? I didn’t know MER wasn’t available in EE4 before.
