Hello. I am looking for some help. My goal is to have event registration look like this (reg list is on bottom of the page). http://vancouverfirstaid.ca/first-aid-courses/standard-first-aid-courses/

Here’s what I have done so far

  1. I have installed the business version of event espresso.
  2. I have created the categories and followed the installation process as per the steps on the event espresso setup page.
  3. I have Downloaded the custome files addon zip file from my account page
  4. I have Unzipped the file
  5. I Uploaded the three ‘custom_*.php’ files into /wp-content/uploads/espresso/
  6. I Uploaded all of the template files into /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates (did not upload css-dropdown as it was not stated)
  7. I setup a event in the proper category and pasted the following on the bottom of the page: [ESPRESSO_MOVIE_TABLE max_days=”365″ qty=”3″ category_id=”(the category I selected)”]

It did not work.

I searched online for an answer and found this forum https://eventespresso.com/forums/2012/04/how-to-show-event-list-in-tables/

  1. I am limited in knowledge in PHP but I replaced the 5 lines with the 1 line.

It did not work.

What should I do now?

Hello Mark,

The modification that Josh gave did work for me, did you change the line in the movie_list.php?

It will still require some work to beautify it a bit though.

It’s quite basic, but as it’s from the custom files, it is meant to be modified and built upon, but gives you the framework to do so.
