I am looking at using Event Espresso but need to check something first and I haven’t been able to find it already in the forum.
I will have one event with multiple ticket prices. I want to send each ticket type a different confirmation email. Is this possible?
Also, is it then possible to send follow up emails to specific ticket types? If not, can the different lists be fed into another plugin such as Mail Chimp?
Unfortunately, messages (emails) cannot currently be set to a specific ticket type, though you can have unique messages per event.
Both EE3 and EE4 have a Mailchimp addon that will feed the attendee data to Mailchimp. The EE4 version allows you to select a registration question as the answer to a list field, but not the ticket type.
