Is there a way to show details other then the times in the calendar view? For example, I’d like show specific details, like the tour guide, not just times.

Hi Lonnie,

I am assuming its the Agenda view you are referring to? There really isnt an easy way to do that short of hiring a javascript developer to customise the calendar. Event then I’m not sure if its possible especially if you want the data to be dynamic and change often.

As an alternative you could use the staff shortcodes and have the guides names display in the tooltips.
