After updating the calendar it looks like my classes are overflowing the days on the calendar. I have tried to a few things to correct the issue and can’t seem to get it to respond correctly. I have looked at the page using inspect element and can’t seem to get any results. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

This is a known issue, skipping to the next month and skipping back rectifies it, and it is something we have been battling with to fix.

Right now it cannot be fixed, we are in discussion internally about abandoning this calendar (it is based off of a javascript calendar called FullCalendar) and doing something new.

The only option to get rid of this error is to install an older version of the calendar, but you will lose tooltip and image functionality.

That’s a pretty big let down. I just upgraded to this version because the old version of the calendar I had would not show up into the new version of WordPress.

So, unfortunately it appears that a installing an old calendar will only become a valid option if I go back to an older version of WordPress as well.

Is there a time table on a fix for this known issue?

I would really like to avoid going back to an old version. Since this version was just purchased and I would have to go back to an older version of WordPress, and had to do some other plugin tweaks to get it to work with this version or WordPress as well.

Hi Ashley,

I am sorry about that. It doesn’t affect everyone it seems and we have been trying for the past 6 months or so to pin it down and fix it. So far with no luck, which is why we are considering other options.

We can’t give a timescale, because we simply don’t know ourselves as yet.

We will definitely announce something as soon as we can, but it is more than likely going to be after version 3.2 is released and stable.

Well I will sit around and mess with the css some more and hopefully find something, but this is fairly frustrating.

Hi Ashley,

We know it is frustrating and we have tried and are continuing to try to find a resolution for this.

One way we are looking at doing this is to change how the featured images in the calendar is displayed, so that may assist you. It should be in the next Calendar update.
