Bypassing Payment Option Selection with Infusionsoft

We are using infusionsoft as the payment option. We would really like to bypass the payment options page as there is only one option. How can we make this happen?

The infusionsoft payment form is on the payment page. If you want to change the text at the top of the box with the payment form, it’s in gateways/gateway_display.php on line 67. You could change it there, or with a textdomain function.
If you want the payment form to be open by default, you can change it in espresso-infusionsoft/index.php at line 393. Delete line 394 and remove the class from line 395. So it would end up looking like:
