Buying tickets as a gift

Hi,
A customer just contacted me to say the booking form didn’t allow him to put his name in a box as purchaser. He bought two tickets as a gift and obviously named them on the form, but thought that there should be some way of including his own details. Has anyone else had tickets bought as gifts. If so how did you handle it?

Hi David,

The only way to handle that would be to add a new question such as “Name of purchaser”.

Hi Dean,
Thanks for getting back to me promptly. I guess I just add a custom entry on the form for an extra name then, I will try that.
