0. Setup a seat chart for which all seats have a non-zero price;
1. First you select an available seat from the chart; popup message confirms the seat reservation;
2. Then you select an unavailable seat from the chart; popup message says that the seat is not available;
3. Click in the background window, with the event description;
4. Fill the required data (e.g.: First and last name, email);
5. After submitting the data, it is seen that the ticket will be free; server-side, it also shows as a free ticket.
The same free ticket is obtained if the reserved ticket time expires, and then the client submits the form (after having a selected seat, before the time expired). When testing for this scenario, you have to be careful which is exactly your timeout period (please check bug and solution at https://eventespresso.com/topic/seats-reserved-time-is-hardcoded-to-60-minutes).
