I have seen multiple threads over the last several years on this: the ability to have a “Billing Contact” that is separate from “Attendee #1.” I didn’t realize this wasn’t possible and now the plugin is nearly unusable for us. There are so many features I appreciate but this one is huge and missing. Most of our clients will have tickets purchased by a secretary, sometimes he or she will purchase several at a time. The secretary, however, will not attend.

At the most basic, if we could have two email fields to select between (billing email / personal email), all of the other information can be created in a workaround by forming a Question Group called “Billing Information” and placing fields like “address” there. The one field that is not selectable and causing the issue right now is “email.”

Is it possible to create such a selection? Or any other streamlined solutions you are aware of? We do want to offer both credit card and invoice payments. We do not, however, want an attendee who is not the payee to accidentally receive all of the “Primary Registrant” emails, ones containing other registrants’ information and payment links.

Hi,

this is something we are currently looking into but there is no timescale on adding this to the plugin.

Right now the only option would be to have those additional questions for the person registering, and modify the primary attendee messages (EE4) to remove access to other peoples data.
