I’d like to include the billing address when sending the Payment Received email to the primary registrant. I see that there are [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ADDRESS], etc. shortcodes, but that’s not where the actual billing address is stored. I’m actually only grabbing personal info from the registrant, so that is empty. Is there any way to show the billing address in the “Payment Received” email?

Hi,
Have you added a billing address via the questions or is it via the payment gateway?
If it is via questions you could use the [ANSWER_*] shortcode tag. So if your question was Billing Address 1, then use [ANSWER_Billing Address 1] to output that answer.
If it is via the gateway then there isn’t a way to get that info as it is not stored.
