Hi,
My client has an issue with registration on backend. It gets stuck at a certain page. Here is a video explaination he gave me. He is able to create and edit events successfully, just not able to register a participant.

Here are the steps i have tried
1) Tried my own admin account and is able to
2) I have reset his account password and I tried on my PC it works
3) He has used 3 different Macs and still same issue
4) He has yet to test on a different network but not sure why it should affect this.

Hi,
Without seeing the admin area directly, the only thing I can think of is that there is another plugin causing a conflict.
Have you tried this with all other plugins except EE disabled?
Also what exact version of EE is your client using?
