I have the latest version of Event Espresso with all the plugins. I am using a specific seating chart with online ticketing. The problem I am running into is that some Attendee registers and pays but does not get ticket confirmation. I could not find them listed as an attendee when I clicked on view attendee. I did however see them listed when I exported the database to excel.
How do I add them in so that they are on the database and can print out their tickets?
I’m having a problem manually adding them because I can’t select their seat because the seating chart has reserved the seat for them.
Is there any easy way to get them into the system?
The probable reason you cannot see them is that you have over 50 attendees in the database. A few versions back we added a feature to limit the number of events and attendees that show, due to problems people were having with large numbers of events/attendees slowing the dashboard down.
As such you now need to look above the event/attendee overview table on the left, and there is a button labelled Retrieve and a dropdown list. select a number from the dropdown and click retrieve and you will get more events/attendees. screenshot http://d.pr/i/z8zO
We are aware that this does not make everyone happy and there has been a modification requested to allow users to set default number so you dont have to keep selecting the dropdown every time. No word yet on when that will be included.
