Hello, I just got a paypal notification that someone signed up for the event but when I go into the event espresso backend for the event none of their registration shows? I have not have this problem before and over 200 other people have already signed up for the event? I thought something may be up because I also did not receive the confirmation email from the website like I usually do along with the paypal receipt. Since this is pretty random I wanted to check and see if this is something that has been reported before and a possible solution? I did a quick search in the forums but didn’t find anything. Thank you!
Nothing we are aware of would cause that, especially with a lack of emails. It might be worth making sure you are running the latest version of EE.
