We have an issue that occurs when we need to move an attendee to a new event. The total for the new ticket does not have the taxes applied to it and therefore makes it look like the registrant has overpaid. Clicking the “Recalculate Taxes and Total” button on the registration details page doesn’t correct the total either.
I assume the problem stems from the fact that we had to employ a custom tax calculation as the tax rate varies by event location. The custom solution was created with help from your support team on this
forum post.

Is this something that won’t be too complex to address, or should we be looking for a manual workaround (creating a new registration and cancelling the original)?
