We are accepting payments through PayPal Pro. I opened registration before AmEx cards had been approved for processing, so I have 3 registrations marked as pending because the card type was not supported. These are registrations that were sent to me via a paper registration form; I input the info myself on the website.
Is there a way for me to go in as the admin and try to re-run the cards in EE, or do I need to re-register them all and then delete the pending registrations?
You could just resend the Registration Pending Payment email. By default it will include a link for them to pay by.
The Resend Registration Details icon in the Actions column of the Registrations overview (it looks like an envelope) will send that message if they are pending.
You can’t make payments directly through the admin (even though you can change the payment status), so if you wanted to make the payment using the clients card detauls you would need to do it from the front end.
I just changed the email address to my own, sent myself the payment email, and then made the payment. Not something I’d want to have to do a lot, but it took care of the few pending payments I had now that the American Express card issue is resolved. Thanks.
