Hello πŸ™‚

Ok so i enter the “Event” page where all my events are listed. I can see 2 links for every event there is. (see below)

Register or Add to Cart

So when i click “register” that works like a charm.

So when i click the “Add to Card”, a gif animation starts, the most normal one around that looks like a spinning wheel. But it never stops, and nothing gets added to any cart.

I did try it on your demo page, and a “view cart” should pop up. But it dosent.

I dont get any errors or something that pops up saying “Alarm alarm, not working”.

I know this aint much to go with, but any ideas on what might be wrong?

Thanks in advance πŸ™‚

Hi,

The add to cart link uses javascript to function. If the spinner happens and nothing else occurs, it sounds to me like there is an error in some of the javascript on your site.

If you have a support licence, please log into your account and post your site link and I’ll be happy to look into it further for you.

Hey its me again.

This is the link to the site: http://lavpriskalender.newskills.dk/event/event-registration/

As i mentioned above the gif animation just keeps going like a never-ending wheel animation.

If you want me to post another place, please tell me. I choose to post here again πŸ™‚

Hi,

OK, I think that the first thing that needs to be tried is to not load jQuery twice.

It is being pulled directly from code.jquery.com (file name jquery-1.10.2.min.js) and also WordPress is (correctly) loading it as well (jquery.js).

I would hunt down the additional none WordPress one and disable it.

It’s highly likely that resolving that will resolve the add to cart issue, but if not please let me know.

OK actually.. that was the case. However the extra include of jquery we had was necessary, but i will find a work around πŸ™‚

Thanks for the help.. It works now btw πŸ˜‰
