+add new seating chart csv issue

When adding a new csv file it says “Seating chart created” but when looking in the seating chart list it says “0 seats” and cant seem to edit anything nor does the seats show up presseng view chart or edit/seats.

we have tried with demo_template and everything. Any ideas?

Is there any other ways to upload a csv file?

Hi,

Just to clarify, you downloaded the sample.csv and then immediately uploaded it to test? Or did you edit the file prior to this?

If you edited it, please advise with what software and what platform.

Hi, it was actually our clients server. They had so much emtpy tmps so it couldnt “create more” files. anyways the issue is fixed. 🙂
