Hi,
I organize an event in Romania, but I have people coming from all over Europe, and they all pay in Euro. So, my company is from Romania, but I am allowed to take payements in Euro from citizens of other countries who register for my events.
How can I do this in EE4? My company’s info has to remain set on Romania, but the currency of EE has to be set to Euro. And I need also to be able to use PayPal Standard payments, which won’t work when the country is set to Romania, because Paypal doesn’t have our currency among their selection of currencies.
How can I achieve this?

Hi Emil,
I am assuming you do NOT need 2 currencies, and that just Euro will be ok.
Go to the General Settings > Countries tab.
Select Romania from the dropdown list if not already selected
Change the following:
Country Currency Code EUR
Currency Name Singular Euro
Currency Name Plural Euros
Currency Sign €
Once that is done, and Saved, all prices on the site will be in Euros and PayPal Standard will pick it up as Euros too.
Currently it is not possible to use more than one currency at a time, so it’s not possible to use Leu and Euros at the same time.
