Hi,

I am using EE4.6.27.p I am looking to help a group out and set up the ticket purchases where there is one person purchasing tickets, but can purchase more than 1 ticket without having to register each ticket with a person. Is that possible?

Examples.(last two items would be separate to show no additional Registration needed, but would allow to order multiple tickets.

Representative (online purchase) $40/ticket Qty: 0 or 1
Representative (paid by other means) $0/ticket Qty: 0 or 1
Visitor (no lunch) $0/ticket Qty: 0 or 1
Visitor Luncheon (online purchase) $25/ticket Qty: 0 or 1
Visitor Luncheon (Paid by other means) $0/ticket Qty: 0 or 1
Officer or Trustee $0/ticket Qty: 0 or 1
—————————————————————-

Payment for other representative $40/ticket Qty: 0 to 10
Payment for other visitor luncheon $25/ticket Qty: 0 to 10

Hi Robert,

I’m doing something similar for a reunion. You can see my setup at http://dev.anglo-indian-reunion.com/bookings/welcome-ems/. You will not that I’ve unchecked everything in the “Questions for additional Registrants” and therefore when the delegates register they are only prompted with one set of questions.

On the assumption that the items in top half of your table are mutually exclusive, unchecking everything in the “Questions for additional Registrants” would probably work for your situation as well.

Regards

John.

The simple things…. always.

Thank you very much! Never even thought to uncheck that.
