AARGH! Why does my license keep going away?

Every time I come to this forum this week, I don’t have the proper license again. I need shortcodes and stat and I can’t even access the documentation, let alone the priority support I purchased. Can someone please help me? i’m at my wits end. I purchased a Business License and spend extra $$ on priority support. If you need to see receipts, I’m happy to show you.

Hi Jay,

This user you are logged in as is just marked as a non licence holder.

Can you email support@eventespresso.com with a copy of the purchase email you got from us and I can look into whats going on. Please refer to this post in your email.
