We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our newly redesigned website and customer portal! Our goal with these updates is to make your experience smoother, faster, and more intuitive while introducing powerful new tools to help you leverage Event Espresso to manage your events with ease.

  • Simplified Support Options: We now provide email support to better assist you—our forums are no longer in use, allowing us to focus on delivering more personalized help.

Introducing the New Customer Portal

Alongside the website, we’re launching a powerful new customer portal designed to streamline your experience and add value to your Event Espresso subscription. Here’s what’s included:

  • Better License Management: Easily manage your licenses, add or remove licenses, view their status, and keep track of renewals in one centralized dashboard.
  • Staggered Plugin Updates: Staged rollouts will allow us to gradually release updates to customers rather than pushing the update to everyone at once. This approach helps to minimize the risk of widespread issues and ensure a smoother update process for everyone.
  • Improved Staging/Development Support: Seamlessly test your updates and changes in staging or development environments without using one of your premium license keys.
  • Automated Release Process: We will be able to more quickly make plugin releases available, ensuring you always have the latest version with minimal effort.
  • Automatic Plugin Updates: Keep your plugins up-to-date automatically, reducing maintenance and improving security.
  • Version Control and Dependency Management: We are better able to manage plugin dependencies between core and add-ons ensuring on-going compatibility with plugins and server configurations.
  • Simplified Plans and Pricing: We’ve refined our plans and pricing to make it easier for you to choose the perfect package for your needs.
  • Retainer Plans: Need ongoing technical support? Our new retainer plans make it easy to offload technical tasks so you can focus on hosting amazing events.

New Add-ons Coming Soon

As a reward for reading to the end of this announcment, we are also releasing three new add-ons, now or very soon. Including:

  • Calendar Plus (Calendar+) - which is a new calendar plugin for WordPress and Event Espresso which includes a new look and layout optimized for mobile devices, includes filtering, searching, multiple views and layouts. We think you'll love it. We're working out some final fixes and improvements, but it will be available soon.
  • Advanced Registration Forms Add-on - which includes conditional logic registration forms and per-ticket questions. We already have the conditional logic features working, and we're finalizing the per-ticket question features.
  • Self-Serve Registration Cancellations Add-on - allowing attendees a process to securely and independently cancel their registration without needing to contact event organizers.
