Elevated Payment Errors

These error messages may include:

• Merchant is not eligible for Advanced Card Field checkout type
• CREATE_ORDER_API_FAULT
• Unable to connect to PayPal Commerce

• We are implementing a fix.
• Our team has identified the issue and working on a fix for affected customers.
• There is a connection issue between your website, PayPal and the authentication server, which is affecting multiple customers. It is possible customers using Stripe or Square may also experience these issues, but we have not had any reports of this issue for those use Stripe or Square.
• Our team is investigating increased error rates processing payments and connecting to PayPal.
