- Text field(s) for your attendees to input any answer
- Radio button(s) for your attendees to select one answer to your question among the answers you give them
- Check box(s) for your attendees to select multiple answers to your question among the answers you give them
- Drop Down(s) for your attendees to select one answer to your question among the answers you give them (usually a more lengthy list than is used for radio button list)
Require Answers to Questions
You can require that registrants answer your questions in order to complete the registration form, and you can create a custom text message for each question that prompts them to complete the answer if they leave it unanswered.
