Refunds in Event Espresso 4 are currently a two-step process. First, apply the refund through the transaction details screen of Event Espresso in your WP-admin (WP dashboard). Then log in to your Authorize.net merchant account and process the refund.
Is an SSL certificate needed for Authorize.net Accept?
A dedicated SSL certificate is required if you are accepting payments on your website.
Do I need to be PCI compliant?
Compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) is required if you are processing, storing, or transmitting credit card data. Event Espresso helps you by using the Accept Hosted option for payment processing which uses an iframe, and we recommend using a dedicated SSL certificate on your website.
