We currently don’t have documentation on integration with a custom CRM.
There’s a bunch of hooks available but the ones you use depend on what exactly you want to do and how. The most in-depth example of doing this that we have would be to take a look at the Infusionsoft add-on (as you have the everything license you have access to all of our add-ons) which uses hooks within the base class to sync up the objects, but again it depends on how/what you want.
Is there a specific hook you are looking for? I can check in with our development team if that’s the case.
We want to send data over CR when user register an ticket purchase any ticket.
Kindly provide hooks related to user registration and for purchasing so we can send data over CRM when these event occurs.
