We transferred our domains and have a new domain now. I clicked the Support License Keys Reset button, and it says reset pending. When will it be reset?

Resets are manually reviewed before they are processed, yours has now been done.

No, the license key is used for support and updates only, any issues with your license key will not cause issues with events/registrations etc.
