Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations. This can sometimes happen if too much time has passed.

We are getting this error message over and over again when trying to register someone. Yesterday, we had a different error with paypal pro with validating payment a few times. Can you troubleshoot. The issues are intermittent as we have had a few successful registrations today.

Hello,

I am still needing assistance on this. Almost all my registrations today have been unsuccessful. Once I get to the payment screen (Paypal pro) I get a message that reads:

‘An error has occurred: Your form data could not e applied to any valid registrations. This can sometimes happen if too much time has been taken to complete the registration process. Please return the event list and reselect your tickets. If the problem continues, please contact the site administrator.
