After selecting a ticket, and after entering personal info, the next step produces this error popup:
An error has occurred:
Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations.
EE_SPCO_Reg_Step_Attendee_Information - process_reg_step - 596

This only happens from 1 location/network.
But perhaps you can glean something from the page source, etc.

What I’ve done/checked so far:
– current EE4
– critical pages OK
– 128MB memory for PHP
– sessions enabled
https://afcea-la.org/afceala-wp/phpinfo.php
– No caching plugins (I did use 1, but removed it and all related files)

I have WordPress-HTTPS enabled (perhaps a problem.?.)

I have NOT disabled plugins, tested; re-enabled 1 at a time.
This is my next step unless you have other guidance.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, thanks for getting a head start on troubleshooting. Could you clarify on the following comment?

This only happens from 1 location/network.

It works on multiple computers but does not work on a specific computer on a specific network (e.g. corporate network with a firewall)?

Yes. It seems all computers from 1 location/network is having the same problem. They have a proxy server and firewall and network policies (a government installation) that cannot be changed.
They have to use IE11 – which seems to strip out the css.?.
Trying the “Enterprise Mode” seems better for the CSS but
Both options yield the same result: error after the 2nd step of entering personal info.

Could be related, but another location reports a problem after step 1 of selecting the ticket. But they get an error that says: “Your request failed to pass a security check”

Hi, I don’t have any specifics but I think a combination of the network policies & firewalls are filtering out some elements that Event Espresso needs to process a registration.

This is related to this comment:

Internet Explorer is fine but I’m interested in the styling.

Does the styling appear broken on only these computers on this network?
