Seeing an error on the checkout

EE_SPCO_Reg_step_Attendee_Information – process_reg_step – 507

From what I have read in the forums caching is an issue. I did have W3Total Cache installed but I have since removed this.

Any ideas?

Hi there,

I just ran a test registration without any problems.

Is this happening on a specific event?

Which browser are you using?

I’ll ask my customer.

Hi there,

You’ll also need to make sure that the Event Espresso registration checkout pages are not being cached by Sucuri/Cloudproxy.

Ok so the user is using Chrome browser. Sucuri caching was enabled and has since been turned off. It only appears to happen when the user tries to register 4 or more people at once because there are quite a lot of fields to fill out there must be some sort of timeout occurring.

They are still experiencing issues since caching was disabled.

Hi,

I just registered 5 test users for the event with no issues. In fact it was a lovely speedy site, so I doubt there’s a timeout issue occurring.

Can you ask the client to clear their own browser cache, as perhaps they have something stored still affecting this (seeing as I saw the site uncached).
