Been receiving this error message since first install. I do not have any other domains under this account. Forum search indicated a key reset would resolve this issue. Can this be done? My user account is sudaadmin, domain is suda.org.au

Hi,
How are you today?
I’ve reset your license key. Please remove your license key from the General Settings page of Event Espresso and save the form blank without a license key. Then re-enter your license key again which should enable the new domain and/or one-click upgrades. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.

Hi Garth
I removed the license key from General settings and hit apply with form blank.
I then re-entered license key. However this did not get rid of the error message nor enable one-click upgrades.

My current version is
– You have version 3.1.26.P installed
and the error message when attempting to update is:
– An error occurred while updating Event Espresso: Update package not available..

Hi,
Due to the age of your installed plugin, you may need to do a manual update in this instance. Once up to date, one click updates should function fine for you.
