Your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain

I am getting this error,

You have the correct Site License Key for Espresso Calendar but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

This is the only site that I have this key installed on.

Any help is appreciated.

How are you today?

I noticed that the problem might be caused by the fact that sometimes your website includes ‘www’ and sometimes it does not: http://www.screencast.com/t/9Ezo0Fc3rulO

Do you expect that to happen? Looks like that is confusing our update system when it checks for updates.

I’ve reset your license key. Please remove your license key from the General Settings page of Event Espresso and save the form blank without a license key. Then re-enter your license key again which should enable the new domain and/or one-click upgrades.

I’m having the same error, and can’t seem to fix it.

I think that might have fixed it. I’ll post back if I see the error again. I also updated the htaccess file so we are always being redirected to the www prefix. The client might not always be adding www when they visit the site and login.

Hi Sera,

I have reset your license key. Please remove the key from the field in your settings, save, then reenter the key and save again.
