we sent automatically a wrong ticket for a person. One woman has suddently a ticket of a man who she didn’t know. We have 3 cases of such among 600 registrations.

We don’t have enough information to solve this and this is the first I’ve heard of this problem so have no idea what could be causing it yet.
You mentioned in your other thread, that registration are replacing other registration, is this connected to one of those registrations?
