When we opened registration to the first 500 guests, many people were writing in saying they received confirmations with the wrong name and email address. When I re-sent their confirmation emails, it fixed itself.
Why would this have happened, and how do we prevent it from happening when we open up the next 1000 seats?
I have not seen any other reports of this so I’m not sure how this happened.
On your notes, there are several old plugins for Event Espresso 3. Also your notes mention 4.2.4 but your site is showing 4.2.3 when I view the page source.
Could you please backup your WordPress and update?
