Wrong domain with Support Key

hello There,
Would you please assist me with updating the domain associated with our support key to https://www.artmonkeyemporium.com/? The Support Key is **REMOVED**. We’ve moved our site to a new hosting plan and even though our domain hasn’t changed, somehow the Event Espresso plugin is throwing an error and I now I can’t update it. I noticed our Event Espresso account is showing our staging site as the site for our key. I’m not sure how to fix this.

Hi there,

I have reset your license key, you’ll receive an email with some instructions but in short go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the key (cut) and save the settings.

Replace the key (paste) and save again.

The key doesn’t change with a reset so it’s still the same key.

Note – I’ve removed your key from the above post as these forums are public, as your account only has a single key we can see which key needs to be reset without it being included here.
