wp_mail not working

Hi,
I am using: Event Espresso – 4.4.5.p
Have added all the setting details as per your instructions. But the regisration emails are not being sent to the users nor do the alerts come to the admin. Can you please help me out with this?

Hi,

Can you first check that general emails are being sent? You can do this by installing and using the Check Email Plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/

Hi,

I installed the plugin and checked. I am afraid I am not receiving any test emails. What do I do now?

Hi,

OK, so if no emails are going through at all, then we are looking at a server issue. You have a couple of options here:

1) Talk to your host regarding this, as it is likely a problem their end.
2) Try the WP SMTP Mail plugin.
3) Try a service such as Mandrill as this take email sending away from your host.
