We have a problem when a multiple registrations are made in the same transaction. We find a WP USER account and permissions for the associated LearnDash course are correctly set up for the first student on the registration form however no account is made for subsequent students. The ticket settings are Available tickets Forced Login? = NO Thanks |

I forgot to mention the ticket settings were set that way as the LD course is a “virtual” course ie online. |

Hi John, Event Espresso will only create a WP User for the primary registrant in a group and whilst we do have a snippet that changes that so that a user account is created for each user in the group the LearnDash add-on will only associate the course to the first registrant. That means that even with a snippet to create a user account for each registrant only the primary registrant will have access to the course which I assume is the same problem you are running into now? |

Thank you. Is there any possible work around to create a user accounts for every registrant in a multiple purchase transaction? Maybe a plugin, some coding?? (Maybe a suggestion for future upgrade to EE functionality.) |

We have a snippet that will create user accounts for all registrants, thats here: You can add that to a custom functions plugin on the site and we have some documentation on creating one here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/create-site-specific-plugin-wordpress-site/ However, as mentioned the LearnDash add-on is not going to assign a course to those additional users as it doesn’t know they exist. |
