We did not add WP User Registration until mid way through ticket sales. Creating a UN for them with a Subscriber role still does not show the tickets they purchased before the WP User registration was installed. I am using the correct email.
Is there an adjustment I can make in their DB record or somewhere so there tickets will be associated with the login? It is the correct email, but we need to see all tickets purchased associated with that email.
We want them to be able to access their account. I posted in the specific Add-On forum, but have not gotten a response so I posted here.
