Hey guys, can you add the feature for a customer to resend a ticket notice to themselves on the WP User Integration table?

Hi Jarred,

Which version of the WP User Integration add-on and EE4 Ticketing add-on are you using?

The latest versions of both will automatically add a link within the actions to open the ticket itself rather than sending an email with that same link.

A quick example of what is included: https://monosnap.com/file/0bZ8AHlrPywr7suI4bCQiaTUSSNKG3

The actions section of that table is filtered so you can include additional functionality, although because we already include the ticket within the table we don’t currently have plans to include a ‘resend ticket notice’ option there.

oh thats great Tony, Although it would be nice to be able to tell the customer they can login and resend the ticket to themselves, I do believe that them being able to view the ticket from there works fine as well. I did not know that had been added as a feature yet becuase I have been using a test site to do some new design and am about to move it all over live. So thanks for sharing that with me.

Ok, but its exactly the same link they would be viewing so may cause some confusion.

They’d be going to the My events section, to trigger an email containing the link they already have on the my events section.

You’re most welcome.

If you update and can’t see the icon for the ticket, please do let me know.

I did find something that will make me sound picky, but I know you guys are perfectionist anyway so would want to know. When hovering over the ticket, there is not a title that pops up like the other icons have. Its very small detail but, could easily add that in on next update.

Works great, thanks

Hmm, yeah. Thanks for letting us know.

Looks like the title attribute is missing, we’ll get that fixed up in the next version of the ticketing add-on.
