Does the wp user integration add on automatically add attendees to the wp users table when they register for an event Or do they have to regist some other way? I assumed attendees would be automatically register if they signed up for an event. Please tell me my client won’t have to manually add attendees to the wp user table.
The WP User Integration add on does not deal with registration or login for the WordPress site. It’s purpose is to help integrate existing users with events.
Whilst I personally agree that having some sort of registration process would be useful, we are not wanting to get involved in membership plugin creation, we are pretty busy with the event side of things.
As such we would recommend using the default WordPress registration/login system, or a Third Party system such as S2Members or Justin Tadlocks Members plugins.
