My site: lafamiliamedicina.com seems to have been hacked and is inaccessible at the moment.

We are using EE for our retreat bookings and i need access to our event information asap. There doesn’t seem to be a way for me to access this information outside of going through WP.

ANy suggestions how i can access this? Thanks.

Do you have phpmyadmin access or cpanel access through your host? If not you should contact your host immediately to reestablish your access with a new password. Once you have phpmyadmin access through your cpanel, then you can change the admin passwords in the database, removing the hacker’s access to the site. You’ll also be able to see your event and attendee data in the database.

I do have access to myphpadmin and will change the password.

I looked through our database files but couldn’t find anything corresponding to our EvEs events. Do you an idea of the file name or location?

Because the password is hashed before it gets stored in the database, what you see in the database or change it to is not the actual password. You should be able to register a new user and copy the hashed password of the new user into the password field of the admin. Let us know when you get admin access back again.
