WP Members not working

I installed this addon and I can’t seem to figure out how to make it work. When I sign up for an event, it sends me a email with confirmation of the registration but nothing with the username and password to login to see the events purchased. Am I missing something??

In order to see events that have been registered for, you’d need to create a user account first, then register for an event while logged into that account.
