Hi,
I am looking to have a workshop that people come to then they get a single private session in the 4 days after the event.
Can I get some advice on what I need to have to do this and any instructions for setup?

Hi Tom,
My first idea would be to use membership and member only events (WP User Integration required), but I’m not 100% sure exactly what you need, if you could explain your idea/set up in a little bit more detail I’d be glad to assist further.

Hi Dean,
So basically I need people to be able to choose a single timeslot for a session… Monday 9am, Monday 10am, Tuesday 9am, Tuesday 10am etc.
I thought about creating 20 events with 1 ticket each as a possible way to do this…

Hi Tom,
OK, well if it is over several days then you will need an event per day at least.
We have an experimental feature (doesn’t work with group bookings currently) in the General Settings page called “Use registration limits on time slots?” that will allow time slots to be limited so you could use that as well, just remember to set the Attendee Limit in the event to be equal to the time slots combined (e.g. if there are 5 time slots with 1 ticket allowed each, the Attendee Limit must be 5).
