workflow, contacts and documents

To organise an event we need a planning tool. Tasks, name, date and time, are needed data.
For registring a person and inviting him/her to the next training we need customer relations
Also we need document management for logging documentation for an event or training.
These tools are not available or I cannot find it.
Please help me?
