Hello,
We place our WordPress files in a directory (/wp) but EventEspresso isn’t recognizing that we run the website out of the root of the website and it’s adding the /wp back in to our event urls, here is a test event URL – https://www.vjhfoundation.org/wp/event-registration/?ee=8
I have tried disabling and re-enabling the payment gateway settings but that hasn’t changed anything so I’m wondering if this is a license reset issue?

Hi Eleanor,
I registered for an event up until payment and saw no issues.
The /wp/ was not in any of the event URLS.
What exactly is the problem that is occurring?

Hi Dean,
Thanks for looking into this, the problem appears to have resolved itself now. I had been struggling with the /wp being in the URL (resulting in a 404) for a while now so it’s strange that it had to wait until just after I posted to the forum for the problem to sort itself out, but I’m glad it’s finally working.
