Hi,

I am receiving the error message “You have the correct Site License Key for Espresso Permissions Basic but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain.” I read in another link to delete the license key, and reinstall it it but I did not have any success with doing that. Also when going back to the previous version should I delete the plugin to re-install? I received and error message for that as well.

Hello Cornell,

I have reset your licence key, so please delete from the site, save and re enter and save. Please check the key from your Account settings in case it has changed.

Regarding the re-install, if it is failing as the plugin directory exists then yes feel free to delete and reinstall. The data is saved in the database so you won’t lose anything but double check your settings and we do always recommend backing up your database just in case.
