It sounds like some of the database tables did not get set up correctly. What version of the Lite plugin were you using? Do you have access to phpMyAdmin?
Try adding a new column called ‘ticket_id’ to your 5312_FreedomSchoolPartners_events_detail database table in phpMyAdmin. You can also try just deactivating/reactivating the plugin to see if the tables are created on activation (in fact, try that before manually adding the column). Before making any database changes, you’ll want to create a backup of your db just in case.
I added the column and that seems to have worked – thanks a ton!
